This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the development of trustworthy and reliable data models along with semantic layer coverage that enhances the accuracy of AI-generated analyses.
• Utilize various analytical techniques to extract insights into crucial aspects of our business.
• Synthesize diverse data points and findings into engaging narratives applicable throughout Tremendous.
• Promote data-driven decision-making by collaborating with key stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Identify and execute enhancements within the Data team by standardizing processes, innovating practices, and nurturing new expertise.
• Become a part of a growing data team and actively participate in fostering team collaboration and culture.
• You possess advanced SQL skills, with a preference for well-structured data models, optimized query performance, and properly documented code.
• You are skilled with at least one visualization and business intelligence tool (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Mode).
• Excellent verbal and communication abilities, allowing you to explain why specific solutions should be implemented and their potential business impact.
• You are comfortable collaborating with AI tools and critically evaluating AI-generated outputs.
• You drive projects forward, prioritizing rapid and incremental development while addressing short-term challenges.
• You apply a systematic approach to navigate ambiguous exploratory analyses, balancing thoroughness with a minimum viable product mindset.
• You exercise sound judgment and possess keen business and product instincts, enabling effective prioritization.
• Bonus: Experience in working with a B2B software product.
• Bonus: Familiarity with dbt, Sigma, and Snowflake.
