This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain analytical workflows utilizing Python to facilitate machine learning model creation, scoring, validation, and performance monitoring.
• Create and construct scalable, production-quality datasets and feature tables to aid reporting, experimentation, and predictive modeling efforts.
• Execute advanced SQL queries to amalgamate multi-source marketing, CRM, and enrollment data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance enhancement.
• Engineer and validate model features to bolster advanced marketing analytics projects, such as multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, lead scoring, and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate in the deployment and operationalization of predictive models within production settings, guaranteeing dependable and automated data pipelines.
• Contribute to the design and advancement of the marketing analytics data architecture to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and reusable across various teams.
• Identify and execute process enhancements, including pipeline optimization, automation of manual workflows, and infrastructure redesign for scalability and efficiency.
• Conduct intricate analyses on marketing, digital, and call center data to pinpoint factors influencing conversion and enrollment performance.
• Perform root cause analysis on traffic, campaign, and enrollment datasets to reveal actionable business insights.
• Create automated reporting solutions that empower business stakeholders to independently access insights while maintaining data governance and consistency.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field with significant statistical components.
• Four (4) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with SQL, focusing on data transformation and manipulation for reporting and analysis.
• Three (3) years of experience working with a large data warehouse.
• 2 – 3 years of experience utilizing Excel for data exploration, visualization, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, preferably Power BI/Tableau.
• 1 year of experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• 2 – 3 years of corporate experience with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Experience in marketing analytics, marketing measurement, and business analytics (e.g., report generation, marketing campaign analysis, web analytics, A/B testing, email performance, social media measurement, content testing, etc.).
• 2 years of experience working with business stakeholders to understand requirements, present findings, conduct quality assurance on results, manage backlogs, and track project status.
• Strong Excel skills related to database/table functions.
• Excellent problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.) and web applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
