Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create dashboards and management reporting panels using Microsoft Power BI, integrating data from various sources and crafting interactive visualizations to monitor KPIs and outcomes.

• Examine project data and portfolios to produce studies and insights that assess deliverables, KPIs, and the performance of the software factory.

• Organize and prepare databases for utilization by Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cognitive engine solutions.

• Design and structure data environments, including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Marts, adhering to industry best practices.

• Develop, configure, and oversee ETL/ELT processes and jobs to guarantee the ongoing and reliable extraction, transformation, and availability of data.

• Conduct data processing, cleansing, and standardization, managing large volumes of both structured and unstructured data.

• Create and enhance SQL queries, performing performance analysis, tuning, and improvements for complex queries.

• Map analytical data sources and assist in the evolution of architecture and information structuring for various business areas and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI and core Business Intelligence concepts.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including the development and optimization of complex queries.

• Experience in data processing, transformation, cleansing, and integration.

• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, jobs, and data orchestration.

• Familiarity with data modeling and structuring, including Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and/or Data Marts.

• Strong analytical abilities, with experience in interpreting data and generating business insights.

• Knowledge of relational and/or multidimensional databases.

• Capability to manage large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

• Understanding of data preparation for AI and Machine Learning projects.

• Experience in integrating APIs and LLMs for intelligent document processing and analysis.

• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering.

• Experience in defining and monitoring accuracy metrics for AI solutions, both by rule and by prompt.

• Ability to identify inconsistencies and hallucinations in AI responses, as well as refining prompts and model context.

• Experience with AI applications in document analysis, particularly related to credit underwriting or similar processes.
