Data Analytics Facilitator – Part-Time, 9-Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Design and conduct engaging live webinars, masterclasses, and educational sessions that align with the objectives and subject areas of Data Analytics.

• Assist learners in grasping curriculum content, technical concepts, analytical methodologies, and real-world business applications.

• Utilize industry examples, business scenarios, professional insights, and hands-on demonstrations to enhance the learning experience.

• Guide learners through project milestones, facilitating the effective application of analytical concepts and tools.

• Foster online social learning discussions and promote meaningful interactions.

• Offer clear, constructive, and timely feedback on learner projects and submissions.

• Evaluate and grade learner project submissions based on established criteria and grading guidelines.

• Conduct live online sessions for learners in various time zones.

• Collaborate with learner support teams to tackle engagement issues and aid learner progression.

• Keep abreast of current practices, tools, industry developments, and emerging trends in Data Analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of significant professional experience in Data Analytics, with involvement across multiple stages of the analytics lifecycle.

• Strong practical expertise in Data Analytics tools and technologies, including Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, and RStudio.

• Current professional experience in a Data Analytics or closely related position.

• Proven ability in teaching, facilitation, coaching, or mentoring.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and explanation skills.

• Confidence in using online communication, collaboration, learning, and presentation technologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including rapport-building, empathy, constructive feedback, and learner support.

• Collaborative and adaptable approach, capable of working across various locations and time zones.

• Relevant industry certifications, leadership experience in Data Analytics, or previous online facilitation experience would be a plus.
