This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Create and enhance comprehensive user funnels, including landing pages, onboarding processes, activation flows, paywalls, CRM strategies, and retention loops.
• Examine user behavior to identify obstacles and implement A/B testing to boost conversion rates.
• Craft positioning and benefit-oriented messaging for new features and updates.
• Maintain consistent messaging across advertisements, landing pages, product interfaces, and CRM communications.
• Spearhead go-to-market strategies for feature launches and product introductions.
• Prepare comprehensive briefs and collaborate intimately with product, marketing, design, analytics, and creative teams.
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and JTBD (Jobs To Be Done) analysis.
• Monitor market and competitor trends within web and mobile applications, AI, and EdTech sectors.
• Manage lifecycle flows including onboarding, activation, reactivation, upselling, and reducing churn.
• Track essential funnel metrics and generate performance reports.
• Develop briefs for creative assets such as landing pages, paywalls, product videos, and advertisement creatives.
• Simplify complex product features into engaging visuals and compelling copy.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in a comparable role within web marketing or product analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience handling large datasets.
• In-depth understanding of critical marketing metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period.
• Experience in cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and revenue forecasting.
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Metabase to design dashboards and visualize data.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution is a plus.
• Experience with subscription-based business models.
• Development of predictive models to assess marketing investments.
• Capability to take initiative and deliver comprehensive solutions.
