Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage analytics initiatives centered on patient journeys and line-of-therapy mapping, as well as brand analytics.

• Analyze structured datasets related to claims and patients, including DRG, IQVIA, McKesson, and Symphony claims.

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to evaluate treatment patterns, pathways, and utilization rates.

• Support HEOR/HCRU analyses, encompassing prevalence, burden, incidence, and cost-of-illness assessments.

• Create and deliver client-facing insights through dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and visual analytics.

• Construct and enhance SQL queries and pipelines; leverage Excel and Python for automation and analysis tasks.

• Collaborate effectively with HEOR, market access, strategy, and engineering teams. The ability to gather requirements, clearly articulate approaches, timelines, and execution plans with key stakeholders is equally critical.

• Ensure the integrity, governance, documentation, and reproducibility of data.

• Independently oversee workload, communicate progress, and drive project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience, including over 3 years in pertinent analytics positions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Previous experience with structured datasets such as DRG, Symphony, IQVIA, and McKesson.

• Strong skills in SQL, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Background in Pharma/life-science consulting or analytics agencies.

• Familiarity with RWE sources, including EHR/EMR and CMS datasets.

• Understanding of line-of-therapy frameworks, treatment guidelines, and market access structures.
