Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take the initiative to analyze data and uncover opportunities for product and business growth, working collaboratively with product squads and business teams (CS, AMs, Ops).

• Act as a strategic advisor to Product and Business leaders in Germany, foreseeing critical questions and leveraging your analytical and statistical expertise to provide answers.

• Drive decision-making through thorough analyses, manage uncertainties, and collaborate across various domains when necessary.

• Enhance our self-service analytics approach by understanding the needs of partners and fostering a data-driven culture. Directly contribute to data models in the data warehouse (utilizing dbt).

• Assist in defining the Data Engineering roadmap to ensure the best user experience for colleagues utilizing the data platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in scale-up settings.

• Advanced skills in SQL, dbt, and data visualization tools.

• Comfortable working with Product and Engineering Managers, along with business partners beyond the data team.

• Strong business insight and recognized as a reliable partner by business stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to clearly convey insights and recommendations.

• A proactive, results-driven mindset, and familiarity with an MVP approach.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
