Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze data, and document business requirements for software development initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, end-users, project managers, and developers.

• Assist in transforming business objectives into technical solutions.

• Support the software development lifecycle from initial concept to implementation.

• Gather, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

• Create and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), user stories, process flows, and training materials.

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify and resolve defects, and support end-users during testing and go-live phases.

• Contribute to project planning, tracking, and change management efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, and Documentation.

• At least 3 years of experience in Data Warehousing.

• Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

• Experience in leading teams and mentoring Junior Analysts while collaborating with cross-functional technical and non-technical partners.

• Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is a plus.
