Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute semantic modeling and create dashboards in Power BI, collaborating with business units to define metrics.

• Perform exploratory and ongoing analyses using SQL on the data lake, addressing end-to-end requests.

• Document metrics, business rules, and criteria for calculations.

• Act as the primary contact for business units, translating requests into defined scopes while negotiating priorities and deadlines.

• Conduct technical reviews and provide mentorship to mid-level and junior analysts.

• Standardize analytical practices throughout the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in data analysis.

• Proficient in advanced SQL.

• Skilled in Power BI, including DAX and dimensional modeling.

• Familiarity with cloud data environments; AWS experience is preferred.

• Experience in mentoring less experienced professionals.

• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.

• Nice to have: experience in the insurance or financial services industry.

• Nice to have: experience with regulatory data (SUSEP, statistical reports).

• Nice to have: proficiency in Python for analysis and automation.

• Nice to have: experience serving as a technical reference or informal leader within a team.
