Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Enhance business performance through proactive data analysis, insightful reporting, and actionable insights that resonate with leadership.

• Take ownership of our data pipelines, ensuring that data remains fresh, accurate, and reliable when it is most crucial.

• Develop and maintain dbt models that address ongoing business requirements across Growth, Finance, and Product teams.

• Act as the storyteller in discussions, presenting findings and simplifying complexity into clear narratives that drive decision-making.

• Monitor pipeline health closely, proactively address issues, and advocate for continuous improvements in data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient SQL skills and practical experience with dbt (including models, tests, and documentation).

• Comfortable creating Python scripts for data transformation or pipeline management.

• Strong understanding of subscription lifecycle and paid acquisition metrics.

• Ability to clearly communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.

• A sense of ownership: you communicate proactively, take full responsibility for your work, and excel in a small, collaborative team environment.

• Inquisitive mindset: You seek to understand not just “what” occurred, but also “why” it occurred.
