Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Identify retention and growth factors by utilizing exploratory analytical methods.

• Analyze our data to extract insights regarding player behavior across various cohorts, segments, and user lifecycle stages, and share your findings while gathering feedback from peers, as well as business and product stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to [plan → design → implement → assess] experiments/AB-Tests, and convey their outcomes and impacts to the organization.

• Utilize BigQuery to derive truths and trends that inform and direct business and product strategies.

• Partner with analysts and data scientists to create scalable and reproducible analyses, and share their findings across the organization.

• Establish tools and best practices to guarantee high data quality and proactively identify and mitigate errors before they affect production datasets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in data analytics.

• Proven experience in collaborating with teams to [plan → design → implement → assess] large-scale product experiments.

• Proficiency in BigQuery, Python, Jupyter, and Airflow.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a fully remote team environment.

• Values relationships with colleagues and partners, and enjoys mentoring and guiding others.

• Capable of simplifying complex topics for better understanding.

• Experienced in coaching and mentoring others in both technical skills and effective communication.
