This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create reliable and scalable data foundations that enhance pipeline visibility, comprehension, and decision-making.
• Establish data standards, governance practices, and hygiene protocols to guarantee precision and trust in reporting.
• Transform insights into actionable strategies through segmentation, scoring, performance evaluation, and commercial suggestions.
• Implement a consistent campaign "factory model" featuring uniform targeting, workflows, and metrics.
• Manage tools and process standards that facilitate demand generation and pipeline oversight.
• Foster robust feedback mechanisms with marketing and Sales to enhance lead quality, campaign efficiency, and conversion results.
• Develop streamlined AI/agentic workflows to expedite data preparation, reporting, segmentation, and next-best-action insights.
• Prototype analytics and automation features that can evolve into repeatable, self-service solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and channel teams to synchronize priorities, target audiences, and success indicators.
• Establish and monitor pipeline KPIs (conversion, velocity, coverage, aging) to uncover leakage and bottlenecks.
• Influence and align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Partner, Vendor, Data/Analytics, and IT within a matrixed structure.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM and pipeline reporting, standards, and governance; capable of defining cross-functional GTM processes.
• Data-savvy and metrics-oriented; skilled in designing practical segmentation, scoring, and performance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Proficient in AI and automation—capable of identifying and implementing AI-driven marketing and analytics enhancements (including lightweight agentic workflows).
• Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., dashboards, data pipelines) and optimizing campaign performance.
• Proven experience in designing measurable vendor marketing initiatives and partner activation frameworks linked to pipeline and revenue results.
