This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Creating, developing, and sustaining interactive dashboards that deliver valuable insights using platforms such as Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar tools.
• Partnering with data analysts, data scientists, and management to gather requirements, comprehend needs, and translate them into visual representations.
• Transforming raw data into engaging dashboards that facilitate effective decision-making.
• Updating and maintaining existing dashboards as necessary, while also training end users on optimal interaction methods.
• Conducting quality assurance checks on visualizations to ensure data accuracy.
• Showcasing monthly visualizations during large meetings.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid programs.
• Proficient in Databricks, Snowflake, or Tableau, or similar dashboard platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, familiarity with data modeling, and experience with large datasets.
• Capability to create data visualizations that convey complex analyses and highlight trends.
• Understanding of best practices in dashboard design, including accessibility and usability standards.
• Familiarity with R or Python.
• Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust and have resided in the US for 3 of the last 5 years.
