This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules, which encompass Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, and Inventory Management.
• Engage in comprehensive discussions with clients to comprehend warehouse management processes, pinpoint challenges, and collect business requirements.
• Create and document functional specifications for warehouse operations within Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Configure and tailor the Dynamics 365 warehouse management module, including aspects such as warehouse locations, reservation hierarchy, wave, work, location directives, mobile devices, and labels.
• Strategize and implement data migration plans for warehouse data.
• Develop and execute functional testing scenarios.
• Educate business process owners on the functionalities of Dynamics 365 warehouse management.
• Support clients with operations, go-live tasks, troubleshooting, and post-implementation assistance.
• Conduct gap analyses and ascertain customer business requirements.
• Generate Functional Design Documents when extensions are warranted.
• Maintain effective communication both internally and externally.
• Apply practical business solutions utilizing industry best practices as the Supply Chain lead.
• Facilitate modeling and process area demonstration sessions.
• Mentor or coach junior consultants.
• Provide consultation on Dynamics 365 ERP implementation, upgrades, and extension initiatives.
• Enhance operational metrics, create business cases, and assess performance.
• Deliver functional expertise and manage client relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• At least 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 (AX) Supply Chain Management or a related industry role.
• A minimum of 2 full years engaged in Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (MB-330) or the ability to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.
• Familiarity with industry-specific best practices.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management.
• Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 or AX2012 is a plus.
• Exposure to Advanced Warehousing, finance, or production D365 modules.
• Comfortable presenting through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or WebEx.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services.
