This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the execution of the Finance workstream for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (“D365”), encompassing analysis, design, build, testing, training, cutover, operations, and support.
• Facilitate client workshops to identify the business requirements essential for a successful ERP solution implementation.
• Document these requirements in Business Scenario Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, and User Stories according to project specifications.
• Create design documents for any customizations and reports pertaining to D365.
• Ensure that the design documents encompass boundary conditions and include thorough test scenarios.
• Review design documents, data mapping, and integration mapping prepared by other team members.
• Configure D365 for various functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, Fixed Assets, Tax, Bank Management, Budgeting, Workflows, and Financial Reporting.
• Conduct data mapping and import data into D365 utilizing data entities.
• Perform field mapping between D365 and other integrating systems.
• Execute testing, which includes functional testing, integration testing, and automated testing using the Regression suite automation test tool.
• Lead training sessions for D365 and related systems for both clients and other Unify Dots team members.
• Offer pre-go live and post-go live support to clients, managing any escalations, including those requiring escalation to Microsoft for support.
• Conduct one training session at Unify University annually.
• Write 2-3 D365 functional blog articles per year for the Unify Dots blog.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of overall experience with ERP solutions, with at least 3 years specifically on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics AX platforms.
• Profound understanding of Dynamics 365 functionalities for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, Bank Management, and Budgeting.
• Capability to collaborate across functions with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• CA (Chartered Accountant) designation is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Technologies is essential, with a high level of comfort in Outlook, Word, and Excel, and some familiarity with PowerPoint.
• The individual must possess a valid passport.
