Senior Customer Success Specialist – Software Implementation, Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding and implementation projects for new clients, ensuring a seamless and effective transition to the BIS Safety Software platform.

• Conduct engaging virtual and/or in-person training sessions customized to meet each client's workflows, business processes, and learning preferences.

• Establish trusted relationships with client administrators, project teams, and stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.

• Configure client environments, which includes setting up training matrices, user accounts, and implementation requirements.

• Assist with data migration by supporting clients in transferring historical training records and data from previous systems to the BIS platform.

• Manage onboarding timelines by coordinating training schedules, project milestones, and follow-up meetings to ensure implementations stay on track.

• Provide timely, solution-oriented support via phone and email, ensuring clients feel assured throughout their onboarding journey.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address implementation challenges and enhance the client experience continuously.

• Recognize opportunities for ongoing improvement in onboarding processes, documentation, and educational resources.

• Facilitate successful client adoption, ensuring clients are well-equipped for long-term success with BIS Safety Software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Onboarding, Software Implementation, Training, or a comparable client-facing role.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms or other technological products.

• Proven experience managing multiple client implementations/projects concurrently.

• Background in onboarding mid-market and/or enterprise clients.

• Strong technical skills and confidence in learning new software platforms.
