Project Manager – E-Solutions, E-Invoicing Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold project governance, ensuring alignment among Business, IT, GBS, and Vendor stakeholders.

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive project plan that includes dependencies, milestones, and timelines.

• Oversee cross-functional delivery across various streams and guarantee execution according to the plan.

• Lead stakeholder management efforts, including regular status updates and Steering Committee communications.

• Track project progress, addressing risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary.

• Ensure follow-up on outstanding actions and prompt resolution across all workstreams.

• Organize UAT activities and assist with business readiness for the go-live phase.

• Facilitate a seamless transition to Business As Usual (BAU), including documentation and handover processes.

• Encourage rapid networking within PMI GBS and promote strong cross-functional collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects involving Business, IT, and external vendors.

• Solid background in regulatory, e-solutions, digital transformation, or IT implementation projects, with e-invoicing experience being a significant advantage.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills within a matrix organizational structure.

• Capability to swiftly establish relationships and networks within large, global organizations, preferably in a GBS environment.

• Strong skills in planning, structuring, and maintaining execution control.

• Experience in governance setup, project reporting, and Steering Committee management.

• Proficient in managing scope, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with coordinating UAT and ensuring go-live readiness activities.

• Strong command of English in an international work setting.
