This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Collaborate closely as a strategic partner with our Enterprise Account Executives and Customer Account Managers to evaluate deal challenges and thoughtfully develop solutions.
• Create enthusiasm around the Iterable platform by delivering engaging custom and technical presentations designed for varied audiences.
• Examine prospects' technical environments to suggest seamless integration solutions and advise on optimal data flow to enhance business results.
• Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and technical stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for solutions, from initial scoping to successful transfer to our Professional Services team.
• Significantly contribute to closing substantial SaaS enterprise deals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to introduce new features and promote the adoption of the Iterable platform.
• Continuously invest in your career through opportunities that foster professional interests aligned with our organization's growth.
• Have the chance to engage on-site with prospects and current customers when necessary.
• Over 3 years of SaaS/MarTech presales experience, demonstrating a successful history of navigating complex enterprise deal cycles.
• Strong technical proficiency, including hands-on experience with APIs, JSON data structures, technical scoping, and ideally, utilizing AI/LLMs for enhanced efficiency.
• Familiarity with the MarTech ecosystem, including Mobile Integrations/SDKs, CDPs, Data Warehousing, ETLs, and iPaaS solutions.
• Expertise in discovery and value-selling techniques, with the ability to uncover the underlying reasons behind customer needs, create constructive tension, and effectively align technical features with customer pain points.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for quickly building trust with key technical stakeholders.
• A naturally curious, self-driven individual with a passion for exploring, testing, and mastering innovative technology.
• A highly cooperative team player who embraces challenges, continually iterates, and eagerly shares knowledge to empower those around them.
