Manager, Advisory Solutions Contracting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and expand contracting operations that facilitate the effective delivery of MGT’s Advisory Solutions.

• Act as a strategic collaborator with leadership, ensuring that contracting processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable.

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, which includes drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewals.

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of agreements, encompassing 1099 and vendor contracts.

• Promote workflow optimization, automation, and improvements in processes.

• Mentor and nurture the development of team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in contract management or related fields is required.

• Previous leadership experience is essential.

• Proven experience in managing complex agreements.
