Digital Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Comprehend customer goals, business processes, workflows, and success metrics

• Convert customer needs into solution storyboards and digital workflows

• Set up and implement Vyn solutions for demonstrations, trials, and production purposes

• Assist in solution deployment, testing, user acceptance, and optimization

• Create customer dashboards and deliver data-driven operational insights

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams, incorporating customer feedback into the product roadmap

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3–4 years of experience in solution engineering, software implementation, technical consulting, or digital solutions

• Proficient in configuring/implementing SaaS, workflow, or cloud-based solutions, and in developing process maps, user journeys, or solution storyboards

• Knowledge of APIs, JSON, SQL, and system integrations; familiarity with Python, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS is a plus

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement

• Availability to work during UK/European business hours; experience with dashboarding tools such as Amazon QuickSight is advantageous
