Senior AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and architect applications driven by AI and facilitate enterprise integrations.

• Lead the development of workflows that utilize retrieval-augmented generation and large language models (LLMs).

• Establish engineering standards, code quality practices, and review methodologies.

• Assist in monitoring, evaluating, and continuously optimizing deployed models.

• Function effectively in a rapidly changing environment with unclear requirements.

• Balance the swift delivery of solutions with the long-term integrity of the architecture.

• Collaborate closely with the AI Delivery Manager to ensure technical execution aligns with business objectives.

• Take ownership of and provide guidance on technical and architectural decisions across AI systems, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations.

• Drive hands-on development efforts and guarantee the delivery of production-ready AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering AI/ML or data products in production settings.

• Strong grasp of system architecture, including APIs, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.

• Proven capability to guide technical direction and mentor engineering teams.

• Experience in creating solutions that align with measurable business goals.

• Preferred familiarity with Azure AI services, Microsoft AI Foundry (Azure AI Studio), vector databases, or LLM-based systems.

• Knowledge of MLOps practices.

• Experience in consulting or enterprise environments.
