Senior Customer Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of clients—foster relationships, comprehend their requirements, and drive growth in accounts.

• Provide prompt, professional responses to customer inquiries that establish a benchmark for quality.

• Assist clients in navigating platform usage and resolving minor technical issues, with the support of our technical team.

• Relay customer feedback to the appropriate teams to influence product enhancements.

• Aid the Customer Success Team with essential administrative and operational tasks, including maintaining customer records and generating reports.

• Lead and participate in Customer Success initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, strategies, and engagement.

• Strong understanding of customer success principles and a sincere eagerness to continue learning.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in German is mandatory.

• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Flourishes in a collaborative team setting.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience; training will be provided.

• Shows proficiency in AI, capable of utilizing AI tools to boost productivity, decision-making, and work quality while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.
