This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Support the growth of the company by cultivating, developing, and enhancing relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Set clear objectives, milestones, and metrics to collaborate with the Customer, regularly reassessing and discussing these targets.
• Comprehend and align with your clients' business objectives, primarily utilizing the Energage platform to assist them in accomplishing those goals.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments, including Onboarding and Support, Consulting Solutions, Partnerships, and Contracts, to ensure continuous customer satisfaction and retention.
• Drive revenue growth through renewals and account expansion by identifying upselling opportunities for consulting services and cross-selling new products.
• Conduct regular check-ins via phone and email, providing relevant marketing materials and communications.
• Ability to clearly articulate customer business needs and represent the customer’s voice internally, anticipating their requirements based on common scenarios. Clients feel that you listen to and understand their challenges.
• Proficient in addressing business challenges for our customers using the Energage platform and additional Energage solutions.
• Excellent multitasking abilities across a diverse array of responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills encompassing written, verbal, and presentation formats.
• A consultative mindset; capable of building rapport and trust with internal teams to achieve broader business objectives and goals.
• Highly organized, a team player, responsive, positive, an excellent collaborator, and a critical thinker.
• A strong sense of intellectual curiosity. You recognize opportunities and growth by learning more about your role and its impact on others.
• Keep precise records of all activities within SalesForce.com.
