This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the mapping of customer journeys and formulate lifecycle marketing strategies throughout the complete customer funnel.

• Create, implement, and enhance automated email, SMS, and nurturing programs utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other CRM systems like Active Campaign.

• Establish audience segmentation strategies that boost engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention.

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to craft messaging frameworks and communications that align with customer journey goals.

• Evaluate campaign performance and customer behaviors to pinpoint optimization prospects and enhance business results.

• Convert business objectives into CRM initiatives, automation workflows, and measurement frameworks.

• Work alongside analytics teams to define KPIs, reporting systems, and attribution methods.

• Guarantee data quality, audience integrity, and accurate campaign tracking across CRM platforms.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering recommendations, performance insights, and strategic opportunities.

• Remain updated on CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing best practices while identifying ways to improve client programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or customer engagement strategy.

• Profound knowledge of customer journey mapping, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing concepts.

• Proven experience in building and optimizing automated marketing initiatives within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable platforms.

• Strong analytical abilities to convert performance data into practical recommendations.

• Experience in developing segmentation strategies and approaches to audience targeting.

• Excellent project management and client relationship capabilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively across strategy, media, analytics, and creative teams.

• Experience in formulating or directing email and SMS content strategies.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for articulating complex CRM concepts to non-technical audiences.
