This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and a trusted advisor for designated enterprise clients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to positively impact business results and enhance long-term partnership value.
• Promote product adoption, engagement, and the realization of value throughout the customer journey.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Success Reviews that align with customer KPIs and strategic goals.
• Manage the complete renewals process, which includes pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and the prompt delivery of renewal quotes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable customer-facing position.
• Minimum of 2 years managing enterprise clients within a B2B SaaS or software context.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing renewals and managing intricate customer portfolios.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce and customer success platforms (e.g. Gainsight or equivalent).
