Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM Operations Specialist – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and enhance campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Oversee audience segmentation, data extensions, and subscriber lists management.

• Set up and uphold customer journeys and automation workflows.

• Assist in executing email, SMS, and multi-channel campaigns.

• Analyze campaign performance and resolve delivery challenges.

• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and Technology teams.

• Ensure the maintenance of data quality, compliance, and governance standards.

• Aid in testing, quality assurance, and campaign deployment tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Proficiency in Journey Builder.

• Experience with Automation Studio.

• Familiarity with Email Studio.

• Background in audience segmentation and list management.

• Experience in campaign deployment and quality assurance.

• Knowledge of CRM operations and marketing automation.

• Strong grasp of email marketing best practices.

• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders from Marketing and Technology teams.

• Availability to support business hours in the Middle East.

• Proficient in English at a fluent level.
