• Cultivate and enhance customer relationships: establish trusted connections with key stakeholders within customer organizations and serve as a reliable partner for operational and service-related inquiries.
• Promote long-term customer value: assist customers in advancing their automation and AI initiatives by comprehending their priorities, aiding in the identification of new automation possibilities in critical areas, and nurturing the development of enduring partnerships.
• Oversee customer success and service delivery: proactively ensure the effective delivery of services across designated NHS customer accounts, guaranteeing that customers realize their anticipated outcomes and derive value from our solutions. This entails collaboration with internal delivery teams and external partners.
• Accelerate account growth: collaborate closely with key customer stakeholders, Account Directors, and the broader UK healthcare team to uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your existing customer portfolio.
• Manage and finalize the pipeline: for accounts lacking an assigned Account Director, you will be responsible for forecasting, qualification, deal progression, and the conversion of upsell opportunities. The commercial team will provide support in all engagements.
• Background in customer success, service management, account support, or a related customer-facing position (preferably within an NHS setting)
• Solid understanding of automation, business process development, or associated technologies
• Strong dedication to customer satisfaction with a proven track record of establishing trust and fostering long-term customer success
• Ability to recognize customer needs and translate them into significant business outcomes in collaboration with internal teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
