This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Establish and enhance relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term success.
• Enhance customer retention through proactive engagement, strategic planning, and continuous value delivery.
• Assess customer needs and product usage to develop and implement strategic success plans that promote adoption and value realization.
• Collaborate across departments with Product, Sales, and Operations to enhance customer experience and drive organizational improvements.
• Identify and nurture growth opportunities within existing accounts that align customer needs with Clarivate solutions.
• Advocate for customer success best practices, mentor team members, and contribute to process enhancements that improve program effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• More than 3 years of experience collaborating with or working on Market Access or Commercial teams in the Healthcare or Life Sciences sector.
• Background in Business Development or a role focused on account growth.
• Strong comprehension of Market Access, including its significance in healthcare and the essential strategies and workflows utilized by pharmaceutical Market Access teams.
• Familiarity with the US healthcare and payer landscape, encompassing drug coverage, restrictions, and pharmaceutical or medical claims data.
