📋 Description

• Play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Manage the customer onboarding process and oversee campaign management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 5 years of prior experience in client services or account management within a SaaS company or agency environment.

• Familiarity with the media and measurement landscape in advertising.

• Experience in overseeing online advertising campaigns and media operations.

• Exceptional presentation skills with direct experience in client interactions.

• Knowledge of ad-serving technologies is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, through email, and during web presentations.

• Strategic thinker capable of responding quickly to customer inquiries.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, utilizing workstreams, playbooks, data, and analytical tools to structure team efforts.

• Facilitate alignment among multiple senior stakeholders to derive insightful and actionable solutions to complex problems.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Passionate about consumers and the technologies that cater to their needs.

• Strong emphasis on user requirements and an intellectual curiosity regarding products that fulfill them.
