Senior Customer Success Manager – Continuing Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will diligently and proactively assist our participants in our online training programs, both via written communication and phone calls.

• Your role involves monitoring and ensuring that participants adhere to the program guidelines, such as documenting attendance and tracking their learning progress.

• You will organize and lead welcome video calls to provide participants with a strong foundation as they begin their courses.

• You are responsible for managing contracts, which includes addressing inquiries from participants and funding sources, as well as sending digital documents for signatures.

• You will collaborate closely with other teams on matters that directly pertain to participants.

• Over time, you will evolve into a mentor for our participants — identifying their potential, motivating them, and aiding in their personal development.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess relevant experience in customer service or customer success.

• You are communicative and enjoy engaging with people.

• You work in an organized manner, take initiative, and manage projects independently and reliably.

• Ideally, you have expertise in one of our training areas (e.g., project management, online marketing, financial accounting, or application development).

• A Train-the-Trainer or vocational instructor certificate (AdA certificate) is an advantage but not mandatory.
