This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the successful implementation of various use cases throughout the organization, assisting the client in quantifying the business value derived from the partnership.
• Establish strategic relationships with essential stakeholders to comprehend client objectives, enabling the development of strategic roadmaps and identification of growth opportunities.
• Host regular business review meetings with key accounts.
• Represent the customer's voice and advocate for requested enhancements with the product management and development teams.
• Create and disseminate best practices among team members to consistently enhance the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes.
• Ensure transparency of accounts by monitoring client sentiment and key milestones in Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Collaborate with customer-facing account teams and executives to formulate a strategic plan that aids clients in reaching their business goals and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Predict client risks and devise strategies to mitigate churn.
• Oversee the customer contract renewal process and maintain an accurate renewal forecast.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, relationship development, and driving customer transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to transform business requirements into effective business solutions.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Gainsight is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of initiating and maintaining relationships with clients at all levels.
• Ability to efficiently prioritize and escalate customer concerns.
