This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and cultivate customer relationships to ensure effective implementation and adoption of RevenueCat.
• Provide customers with a continuous stream of insights and strategies that can aid in their business growth.
• Analyze customer data and offer valuable perspectives.
• Suggest actionable strategies to customers and create educational materials such as live workshops and written guides.
• Conduct introductory meetings with customers to introduce yourself and discuss their objectives and requirements.
• Start managing your own customer relationship portfolio with assistance from existing Customer Success Managers, including several ‘net new launches’.
• Monitor and report on essential success metrics to evaluate progress and impact.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure awareness of customer needs in product development and strategy.
• Experience in mobile app businesses or a strong interest in becoming an expert in this field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in roles such as customer success, marketing, growth, support, sales, engineering, account management, or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage and foster customer relationships.
• Experience in analyzing customer data to derive insights and assess success.
• Excellent communication skills, able to effectively liaise with internal teams as well as various stakeholders within customer organizations, ranging from highly technical to non-technical individuals.
• Capacity to manage multiple accounts and initiatives simultaneously while coordinating with team members and customers across different time zones.
• A strong desire to understand customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into actionable steps.
• Capability to bring innovative solutions to fruition, ensuring that customer interactions are both impactful and memorable.
• Experience working in early-stage startups or environments lacking comprehensive established processes.
• Competitive equity in a rapidly growing, Series C startup supported by leading investors, including Y Combinator.
