This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Smooth Onboarding: Assist new customers through the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless transition and rapid adoption of RemotePass.

• Strategic Relationship Development: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a reliable partner to help them meet their objectives.

• Customer Representation: Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.

• Proactive Account Oversight: Track account health and engage with customers to identify and implement growth and enhancement opportunities.

• Feedback-Driven Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to deliver actionable insights that influence product development.

• Leadership in Retention and Growth: Foster customer loyalty and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling RemotePass services.

• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to provide an outstanding customer experience while supporting growth and retention goals.

• Value Maximization: Promote business growth and profitability by ensuring customers fully realize the benefits of RemotePass's services.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with proficiency in both English and Arabic.

• Demonstrated capability to forge strong customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Analytical thinking with the skill to extract insights from data for informed decision-making.

• Capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in SaaS or HR/Payroll/Global Employment solutions is advantageous.
