This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients at Secretar.AI.
• Collect initial information regarding the clinic, team, schedule, services, commercial practices, and existing systems.
• Manage data migrations from platforms like Clinicorp, Simple Dental, Follow, and others.
• Organize files, spreadsheets, documents, and data provided by clients.
• Assist clients during their initial usage of the platform.
• Configure accounts, environments, integrations, and workflows within the platform.
• Offer technical support for the onboarding of new clients.
• Identify client issues, test solutions, and document any problems encountered.
• Develop support content, tutorials, onboarding resources, and knowledge base articles.
• Utilize AI tools, such as Claude Code or Codex, to enhance testing, documentation, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with product, support, and operations teams to convert genuine client needs into effective solutions.
• Experience in customer service, support, implementation, onboarding, Customer Success, or operations.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, digital tools, and data management.
• Excellent writing skills for documenting processes, issues, and client instructions.
• Ability to quickly learn new platforms.
