This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of our customers, products, and operational workflows.
• Engage directly with customers to address intricate challenges, foster trust, and provide outstanding experiences.
• Analyze customer trends, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and contribute to the evolution of Stake's operations and customer experience.
• Convert customer feedback into actionable insights, steering decisions that enhance experiences for hundreds of thousands of investors.
• Collaborate extensively with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Risk teams.
• Experience in customer service, customer support, operations, or another customer-facing role.
• Passion for solving problems, probing into issues, and discovering opportunities for enhancement.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both in written and verbal formats.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and adept at utilizing data and insights to inform decision-making.
• Demonstrate ownership, quick learning abilities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in technology, investing, financial services, or understanding how exceptional products and businesses grow.
• Bonus: Experience with CRM, customer support, or case management systems.
