This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.

• Conduct follow-up meetings, present results, and develop action plans to drive client success.

• Monitor portfolio health indicators, identify churn risks, and implement retention and engagement strategies.

• Identify revenue expansion opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and increasing the usage of solutions.

• Plan and execute strategic in-person visits, strengthening relationships, understanding needs, and supporting value generation for the client.


⛳️ Requirements

• Client portfolio management: Experience in overseeing B2B clients, conducting regular meetings, action plans, and stakeholder relationships.

• Focus on retention and expansion: Ability to identify churn risks, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and act to enhance adoption and value generation of the solution.

• Analysis of indicators and portfolio health: Knowledge of Customer Success metrics, such as engagement, platform usage, NPS, retention, and renewal.

• Project management and onboarding: Experience in solution implementation, timeline management, expectation alignment, and monitoring client progression.

• Planning and executing in-person visits: Ability to plan, organize, and conduct strategic client visits, enhancing relationships, identifying improvement opportunities, mitigating risks, and promoting partnership expansion.

• Communication and stakeholder management: Skill in communicating across different hierarchical levels, delivering executive presentations, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments.

• Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
