This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance the donor database for Linc Worldwide.
• Act as a liaison between technology and fundraising efforts, ensuring the accuracy of donor records, volunteer participation, and event registrations.
• Maintain, implement, and assess various features of our CRM to optimize its usage and promote growth.
• Possess a thorough understanding of CRM software, specifically Neon CRM.
• Collaborate with Finance, Donor Relations, Event Planning, and Marketing teams to comprehend the current utilization of CRM for donor information, donation collection, and documentation.
• Partner with the Donor Relations team to clean, organize, and segment constituent data.
• Identify new use cases for the CRM to enhance fundraising efforts, improve efficiency, and track key metrics.
• Work with team members to personalize and automate communications, such as thank-you emails for donations, reminders for recurring gifts, and event follow-ups.
• Keep abreast of CRM product updates and webinar releases.
• Adjust our processes and procedures within the CRM to leverage these new updates and features.
• Train team members on updates and the use of new functionalities.
• Update relevant training manuals and video resources as needed.
• Coordinate closely with the Treasurer/CFO to ensure that donation documentation adheres to state and federal regulations.
• Monitor dashboards to assess fundraising performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and generate lists for the Donor Relations team and Director of Development.
• Assist the Donor Relations and Marketing teams in executing their strategic plans related to our CRM.
• Provide extra guidance and support for capital campaign planning and implementation using CRM features.
• Help with CRM maintenance, including troubleshooting issues, submitting 'help tickets' to NeonONE, and training LINC volunteers on CRM features, updates, and usage.
• A self-starter eager to learn through Neon’s Knowledgebase and training videos.
• A proactive sales and marketing mindset aimed at maximizing resources.
• Exceptional communication, multitasking, creativity, and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated work experience in sales and CRM management.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and technical skills.
• A sense of ownership and pride in personal performance and its contribution to LINC’s success.
• Capability to learn new CRM systems.
• Ability to manage confidential donor information.
• Subject to a background check.
• Minimal travel required.
