This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Managing a portfolio of existing clients and acting as the primary contact for our most significant revenue-generating and strategic accounts.
• Cultivating strong relationships with clients to foster a consultative approach aimed at expanding and enhancing their business.
• Overseeing the renewal of annual contracts and identifying opportunities to upsell new products to our existing clientele.
• Advocating for new features and services by educating and empowering clients to incorporate those innovations.
• Collaborating with clients to ensure deeper engagement and success with the TUNE platform.
• Assessing future potential, opportunities, and growth prospects for your TUNE accounts.
• Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a designated topic.
• Supporting the Director of Customer Success in training and providing assistance to Customer Success Managers.
• Taking ownership of and executing various ad hoc projects and initiatives as necessary.
• Over 5 years of experience in account management and customer-centric roles, employing a consultative approach.
• Previous sales or business development experience contributing to the growth of existing clients.
• Proven experience managing large and strategic brands.
• Background in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or performance marketing.
• Skill in prioritizing and managing the requirements of multiple accounts.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication, presentation skills, and business acumen.
• Comfortable engaging with executive leadership.
• Experience in negotiating mutually beneficial contract terms with clients.
• A friendly, positive, and energetic demeanor.
• Proven experience in a leadership capacity, demonstrating ownership of projects and providing training and guidance to colleagues.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
