This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture multi-threaded relationships throughout each customer’s organization.
• Collaborate with customers to maximize the full potential of GLOBO's solutions.
• Manage the renewal process comprehensively for designated accounts.
• Gain a thorough understanding of each customer’s goals and develop measurable account strategies.
• Define, monitor, and report on customer-specific key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate Business Reviews and strategic planning meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Create and oversee multi-year strategic account plans.
• Maintain the internal CRM (Hubspot) to track customer health.
• Serve as the internal advocate for the customer, representing their priorities.
• Engage in key prospect discussions and customer advisory opportunities.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in post-sales customer success or account management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Proven experience in handling complex contract negotiations.
• Experience managing customer lifecycles within a CRM system (Hubspot preferred).
• Proficient in remote collaboration tools.
• High degree of initiative, accountability, and follow-through.
• Capability to manage multiple initiatives and projects while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Strong sense of service with a passion for health equity and GLOBO’s mission.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to provide independent transportation to various client locations and regional travel hubs.
• Authorized to work legally for any employer in the United States.
• Willingness to undergo any requested background checks.
• Familiarity with the language access industry, regulatory requirements, and common workflows (preferred).
• Previous experience in a high-growth company within a decentralized environment (preferred).
• Experience with Google Docs and Apple/Mac operating systems (preferred).
