• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients as a reliable business partner.
• Implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns for clients that yield measurable outcomes.
• Conduct and present regular monthly business reviews, offering performance insights and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Ensure the prompt and successful delivery of solutions in alignment with the client's desired results.
• Monitor and report on essential marketing metrics.
• Maintain proactive communication both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with sales on renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities to achieve a monthly revenue target.
• Keep precise and current client records across internal platforms and CRM tools.
• Assist with urgent requests or issue escalations as necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of three to five years of experience in a customer service role is required.
• Experience supporting clients in SEM, SEO, email marketing, website development, or social media products is required.
• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively and credibly at all levels within a home service organization.
• Solid knowledge and experience in the home services industry.
• Familiarity with all Digital Marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, Facebook, Instagram, Display, email marketing, and web design.
• Capability to deliver client-centric solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for problem-solving alongside customers and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Positive attitude and a remarkable talent for building rapport from the initial conversation through the entire client lifecycle.
• High proficiency in navigating various software platforms to complete tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing solutions.
• Ability to analyze and report on marketing data effectively.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
