This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of the customer relationship throughout the entire journey, encompassing activation, adoption, engagement, expansion, and health metrics.
• Assist customers with the implementation process and onboarding procedures.
• Align Adobe's Creative Cloud offerings, such as core creative applications, Firefly, Frame.io, and Adobe Express, with customer objectives and business results.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge and act as a reliable advisor.
• Present executive-level presentations and create point-of-view documentation.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Specialists, Solutions Consultants, and Product Marketing on product launches and account development.
• Identify accounts at risk of deployment issues and work with the sales team to establish remediation strategies.
• Gather customer feedback, recognize trends, and provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams.
• Promote adoption and ensure value realization across Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise clients.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer success, sales, or solutions consulting.
• Ideally, experience within the creative or technology sectors.
• Proven history of meeting customer success benchmarks or sales targets.
• Experience in resolving complex customer challenges effectively.
• A creative mindset with a curiosity and eagerness to enhance products, processes, or user experiences.
• Familiarity with creative software such as Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Capacity to foster relationships, navigate organizational structures, and achieve consensus among internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Capability to work with AI in accordance with Adobe's interview and hiring protocols.
