This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Accountable for increasing revenue within a portfolio of business that encompasses several strategic accounts.
• Exhibits consistent growth and predictability in the assigned business portfolio.
• Propel the success of ACI customers by providing fast, simple, and secure payment solutions from around the globe.
• Advise customers on their path to enhancing their payment programs through adoption, renewal, and expansion of ACI solutions.
• Engage in commercial and high-level technical discussions to ensure favorable results.
• Grasp customers' business challenges and industry trends to provide insights on how ACI can assist in achieving their goals and shaping their strategy.
• Act as a trusted consultant to customers, helping to establish, develop, and implement their payment strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with ACI, while coordinating and collaborating with ACI teams to fulfill customer commitments and enhance their experience.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) with over 8 years of relevant experience.
• Required experience in payments; experience in the merchant sector is preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively engage with and present to C-Suite executives and Board members.
• Competence in presenting and leading discussions with decision-makers in payments and their teams.
• Skilled in negotiating complex, high-value contracts, including renewals.
• Experience in resolving intricate scenarios that necessitate alignment among internal and external stakeholders to facilitate customer success and growth in their assigned portfolio.
• Capable of self-directed planning and interactions, with some guidance on complex matters.
