Senior Customer Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivate executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for a portfolio of enterprise and high-value clients — establishing trust from engineers to the C-suite.

• Collaborate with customer teams on Sysdig implementations, architecture, and best practices for operations.

• Ensure alignment between customer business objectives and Sysdig's technical capabilities via Success Planning and Outcome Mapping.

• Facilitate Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and ongoing strategic interactions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of customer environments to proactively identify risks and opportunities for optimization, expansion, and innovation.

• Lead and participate in hands-on workshops that empower customers to maximize the value of the Sysdig platform.

• Assist Sales in renewal and expansion discussions by showcasing measurable value realization and usage growth.

• Recognize and mitigate account risks early through health monitoring, technical diagnostics, and stakeholder alignment.

• Advocate for customer needs, collaborating with Product and Engineering to ensure alignment with roadmap initiatives.

• Collaborate with Support and Professional Services to deliver high-quality solutions and resolve issues efficiently.

• Mentor junior CSMs/CSEs while contributing to best practices, process enhancements, and internal training.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Strategic/Technical Consulting within a SaaS or cybersecurity organization.

• Proven track record of managing enterprise customer relationships and navigating intricate organizations.

• Practical experience in installing and troubleshooting solutions on Kubernetes; familiarity with container-based solutions.

• Strong knowledge of cloud-native applications, platforms, security, automation, and DevSecOps across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

• Experience with scripting and API integration to support and troubleshoot technical solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable customer outcomes and lead engagements at the executive level.

• Strong business acumen with the capability to translate technical capabilities into business impact for both engineers and executives.

• Experience in issue management, conducting root cause analysis, and driving resolutions.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• A background in cybersecurity or DevSecOps is a significant advantage.
