This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding all daily inquiries.
• Coordinate special requests and requirements from customers.
• Provide support to sales and planning/dispatch teams in addressing customer inquiries.
• Manage incidents and focus on customer-oriented solutions for service disruptions.
• Contribute your ideas and experience to assist in the development, optimization, and automation of processes.
• Completed vocational training in logistics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in customer service, sales, or similar positions.
• Experience in the construction or logistics sector is a plus.
• Possess a friendly and reliable demeanor along with excellent communication skills.
• Have a hands-on mentality, solution-focused approach, and strong customer orientation.
• Fluent in German (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is desirable.
• Home-office-first policy with no mandatory office presence.
