📋 Description

• In-depth understanding of our products and the ability to clearly communicate our value proposition.

• Perform system demonstrations for prospective clients.

• Manage inbound customer inquiries from the first contact to conversion, providing prompt, thoughtful, and high-quality responses through chat, email, SMS, and phone.

• Actively follow up with leads using structured, multi-touch outreach to re-engage potential clients and minimize drop-off rates.

• Identify and prioritize high-intent opportunities to concentrate efforts where they will have the greatest impact on conversions.

• Thoroughly understand the product offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.

• Facilitate guided conversations and product demonstrations as needed to assist in decision-making.

• Continuously gather insights from customer interactions, including common objections, friction points, and experience gaps.

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of messaging, scripts, and conversion workflows by sharing findings on what is effective and what is not.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and communication tools.

• **YOU HAVE…**

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing position such as sales, support, customer success, or operations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey value clearly and persuasively.

• Comfort in managing multiple conversations within a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• Proactive follow-up skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Capability to identify and prioritize high-intent opportunities.

• Familiarity with CRM or customer communication tools (e.g., Intercom or similar platforms).

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Quick learner with the adaptability to thrive in a structured yet changing environment.
