This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
β’ Primary point of escalation for customer issues
β’ Conduct research and provide responses to escalated customer inquiries and complaints
β’ Engage with customers across all levels of escalation to offer acknowledgment and updates on inquiry status
β’ Troubleshoot to ensure customer resolutions are achieved
β’ Recognize emerging trends and inform leadership
β’ Deliver written and verbal responses to customer inquiries
β’ Oversee an inventory/pipeline of assigned cases, ensuring compliance with critical deadlines
β’ Serve as a resource for information
β’ May offer training and product demonstrations
β’ High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
β’ Typically possesses 5+ years of relevant experience
β’ Previous experience in supporting customer escalations and/or handling written interactions/complaints within a related sector, product, or service is required
