Senior Customer Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Cultivate Trusted Customer Relationships: Enhance manufacturing intelligence for customers through strong relationship-building with Pelico.

• Conduct business reviews to acknowledge achievements, set objectives, and address escalations with empathy.

• Manage Customer Onboarding and Implementation: Spearhead onboarding by visiting client sites and ensuring a seamless software implementation process.

• Promote user adoption through effective and consistent communication.

• Collaborate Across Teams and Provide Feedback: Work alongside sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Offer insights that can shape product development and strategy.

• Expand Accounts and Enhance Value: Identify and seek upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Collaborate with sales to grow customer accounts and increase overall value.

• Define Goals and Metrics with Customers: Partner with clients to set clear goals, key performance indicators, and timelines.

• Address challenges to maximize business value delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing and operational capacity.

• Highly motivated and passionate about fostering customer success and assisting them in reaching their business goals.

• Strong enthusiasm for technology with the capability to engage in informed discussions about the data analytics sector.

• Demonstrated experience in program or project management, ideally focused on onboarding or customer-centric processes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop impactful presentations for both technical and business audiences.

• Profound customer empathy, allowing you to listen carefully and address their specific needs effectively.

• A growth-oriented mindset, open to trying new methods, learning from challenges, and continually improving.

• Experience in Supply Chain operations, advanced manufacturing, and fast-paced startup environments is an advantage.

• Native English proficiency is required (French/German is a plus) to effectively engage with our international customer base.
