This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of customer advocacy across EMEA, focusing on community activation and customer awards to enhance credibility, trust, and generate pipeline in key markets.
• Identify and engage customer champions, oversee permissions, and cultivate a consistent pipeline of advocacy materials: narratives, testimonials, videos, speaking abstracts, and reference assistance.
• Manage a virtual customer community that can be mobilized for sales events, ABM roundtables, and peer interactions to foster or expedite pipeline growth.
• Facilitate proof and peer validation within the region to bolster demand and expansion efforts, including Gartner Peer Insights and peer review initiatives linked to significant campaigns and customer interactions.
• Oversee the Customer Awards programme from start to finish: define the microsite, manage nominations, coordinate the judging process, communicate with winners, and deliver enhancement packages to customers and staff.
• Produce customer testimonials, case studies, quote cards, and video clips from events and award recipients.
• Assist in the creation of high-value white papers, reference-based reports, and campaign proof points, collaborating closely with customers, sales teams, and product marketing.
• 6 to 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, customer marketing, advocacy, or integrated programs within the enterprise technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing customer advocacy programs and communities at scale.
• Strong skills in content creation and editorial oversight across both long-form and short-form formats, including case studies and testimonials.
• Confident in engaging with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders, exhibiting sound judgement and robust governance.
• Experience in managing awards programs and overseeing all logistical aspects of such programs.
• Proficiency in AI for streamlining content creation processes and optimizing workflows.
