This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

đź“‹ Description

• Propel profitable growth for our partners across designated customer accounts and divisions/markets—taking ownership of the strategy, relationships, and in-store execution to enhance sales and market share.

• Meet sales and market share objectives. Attain partners’ volume and “MAPS” fundamentals—Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing, Shelving—at minimal cost, while maximizing company revenue (brokerage, commissions, bonuses, contest earnings).

• Construct and promote the Customer Business Plan. Create data-informed plans that align with partners’ priorities; personally present and advocate programs, concepts, and innovations to all customer decision-makers.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers. Lead daily interactions on category management, consumer/shopper insights, promotional strategies, and long-term planning to enhance joint business outcomes.

• Achieve success on the shelf and online. Ensure a competitively superior in-store presence and execution across assigned stores; collaborate closely with HQ, field supervisors, and customer operations for both direct and indirect customers.

• Manage budgets & trade funds. Operate within financial parameters and oversee manufacturers’ expenditures; handle and reconcile trade marketing funds and direct shipments (via Sales Support Coordination) to optimize ROI and minimize deductions.

• Utilize data & technology. Leverage company systems and retail/customer data to pinpoint opportunities, monitor performance, and craft compelling selling narratives. Continuously enhance skills on our communication and analytics platforms.

• Collaborate to amplify impact. Work alongside Retail Sales Managers on significant initiatives (new product launches, sales drives, contests) and provide timely priorities and insights to supervisors and shared resources (marketing, technology, admin).

• Direct communication with partners. Proactively inform key partners about results, risks, and opportunities; align on strategies that expedite growth and strengthen collaboration.

• Innovate and drive growth. Implement strategic planning to safeguard core business and cultivate new ventures that expand distribution, enhance product mix, and boost profitability.

• Enhance organizational capability. Share market/customer insights across the team and offer feedback to leadership on processes, tools, and capabilities that enhance operational efficiency.

• Lead special projects. Execute high-visibility initiatives and ad-hoc projects that further customer or partner objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 5+ years of progressive experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), retail account management, marketing, or space management.

• Demonstrated success in customer business planning, category management, and driving sales growth.

• Experience in managing trade marketing funds, budgets, and financial performance; a background in sales administration or finance is advantageous.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and strong knowledge of web-based applications and data analytics tools.

• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities—capable of influencing decision-makers and building robust relationships.

• Strong strategic thinking and business development skills to identify growth opportunities and initiate new projects.

• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborative attitude—comfortable working cross-functionally with retail, marketing, and operations teams.

• Results-oriented with a focus on sales fundamentals (Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing, Shelving) and achieving measurable outcomes.
