This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, requests, and issues via telephone or email.
• Investigate and resolve problems and errors, particularly those related to fraud support and online operations.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of products, services, rates, terms, fees, relevant regulations, systems, and procedures.
• Serve as a bridge between customers and different departments within U.S. Bank.
• Address more intricate customer or technology-related challenges.
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Generally, a minimum of three years' experience in Contact Center customer service.
• Successfully completed and applied training for entry-level positions.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to navigate various computer systems, applications, and search tools.
• Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in positively engaging with dissatisfied customers.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly, articulately, and accurately while maintaining a friendly tone and using standard conversational courtesies.
• Competent in computer navigation across multiple software platforms, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety policies.
